Automatic Connection

Step 1: Power On the Shoes

Place the shoes flat on the ground and turn them on.

Step 2: Wait for Light to Stabilize

Wait until the blinking white light on the shoes turns solid white.

Step 3: Locate PSN and QR Code

Turn the shoes around and find the PSN (Product Serial Number) and QR code located on the toeplate.

Step 4: Open the Shift App

The shoes should automatically appear in the Shift app on your phone.

Step 5: Confirm PSN

Verify that the PSN shown in the app matches the PSN on the shoes.

Step 6: Select Your Moonwalkers

Select your Moonwalkers in the app. Your shoes are now successfully connected to your phone.

Manual Connection

Step 1: Power On the Shoes

Place the shoes flat on the ground and turn them on.

Step 2: Wait for Light to Stabilize

Wait until the blinking white light on the shoes turns solid white.

Step 3: Locate PSN and QR Code

Turn the shoes around and find the PSN (Product Serial Number) and QR code located on the toeplate.

Step 4: Open the Shift App

Scan the QR code with your phone using the Shift app, or enter the PSN manually.

Step 5: Complete the Connection

Follow the prompts to complete the connection. Your Moonwalkers are now successfully connected to your phone.
