Step 1: Get in Lock Mode 

  • Make sure your Moonwalkers are powered on and in Lock mode (wheels not rotating). You'll see a solid white light.

Step 2: Practice Makes Perfect 

  • While in Lock mode, take 20-30 steps to get used to the weight of the Moonwalkers. Remember, they won't move in Lock mode, so take your time and find your balance.



Training mode


Now that you're comfortable with the weight of your Moonwalkers, it's time to learn how to walk! But before we unleash the full power, let's get you started with a slower training mode at 50% speed.

Step 1: Activate Training Mode 

  • With your Moonwalkers in Lock mode (solid white light), stand with your feet about 2 feet apart.

  • Focus on the movement, not pressure. Lift your LEFT heel and swing it inwards, almost like bringing your foot towards your other ankle. This activates training mode, not pressing your foot down.


Step 2: Walking at Slow Speed 

  • You'll see the white light turn magenta, indicating you're in training mode and ready to moonwalk at a slower speed. Now's the fun part!

  • Remember: Practice makes perfect! The more you practice in training mode, the smoother your moonwalkers experience will become. Once you're comfortable, you can refer to the next section of this manual to learn how to switch to higher speeds.


Step 3 : Back to Lock Mode

  • To switch back to Lock mode for regular walking, simply lift the heel of either foot.



Take Control: Unlock More Speed


Feeling confident in training mode? It's time to explore the Moonwalkers' true power! This section will guide you on activating Shift mode, which lets you walk 3 times faster than normal walking.

Step 1: Engage Shift Mode 

  • With your Moonwalkers in Lock mode (solid white light), stand with your feet about a feet apart.

  • Focus on the movement, not pressure. Lift your RIGHT heel and swing it inwards, almost like bringing your foot towards your other ankle. 


Step 2: Walk into the Future 

You'll see the white light turn green – congratulations, you're in Shift mode! Now you can experience the exhilarating speed boost of the Moonwalkers. Shift mode lets you walk much faster, so prioritize smooth motions and controlled movements. 

Here are some additional tips:
  • Start slow and gradually increase speed as you get comfortable.

  • Focus on balance. Practice shifting your weight from one foot to the other while maintaining a steady posture.




Step 3 : Back to Lock Mode

To switch back to Lock mode for regular walking, simply lift the heel of either foot.


Here's the secret to smooth walking: focus on walking naturally, not on the wheels.
  1. Walk at a comfortable pace and keep your usual stride length. Don't try to force bigger steps or change your walking rhythm.

  2. Start slow, especially when practicing in training mode. As you get comfortable with the gliding sensation, you can gradually increase your speed.

  3. The Moonwalkers work best with a natural weight transfer from one foot to the other, just like regular walking. This smooth motion will help you glide effortlessly.

By following these simple steps and focusing on a natural walking pattern, you'll be moonwalking like a pro in no time!
