How to Walk?
Here, we have two sections. The first covers how to start, speed up, slow down, and stop. The second shares useful walking tips to enhance your experience.
Mastering the Basics
Start Walking / To Go
To start moving, just walk at normal stride and pace.
Increase Speed
To increase speed, take longer and faster steps.
Slow Down
To slow down, take smaller steps.
Stop / Braking
To stop, put both feet on ground.
Pro Walking Tips
Tip 1: Don't Lock your Knees
Don't lock your knee while walking. Try and swing your feet naturally as you walk.
Tip 2: Heel to Toe
Make sure you land with your heel and push off with your toe - exactly as normal walking.
Tip 3: Feet Pointing Forward
Don't cross your legs while walking. Try and maintain your feet naturally pointing forward at all times.
Tip 4: Turning
- Start making smaller steps as you enter a turn
- Make a larger stride on your outer leg, and lean your body towards the side you are turning to.
- Walk as usual when you exit the turn.
Tip 5: Going over obstacle
Going over obstacles with Moonwalkers is as easy as without.
