Shift Robotics accepts returns on all units in Like-new condition within 15 days of delivery. We are unable to accept returns for refunds on any used Moonwalkers or accessories. When a product is returned, a restocking fee is applied which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Like-new condition
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.

To initiate a return
Please submit a request under the subject of Return Order on our Contact Form. You will receive further instructions from our service team at [email protected]. Please make sure to have your order number ready.

Restocking Fee
Shopify charges us a fee immediately that we do not recoup if we issue a refund and we also incur shipping / warehouse fees. When a product is returned, a restocking fee of 10% of the retail price is applied which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Refund method and timing
-A refund will be processed within 5 business days from receiving the product(s)
-Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method that was used to pay for the order.
